Rissoto this evening. Chicken liver and herb. Dodgy photos but was very good. Presentation isn't a priority

Garlic, herby, peppery chicken to be had with a Jacket tate and Tomato salad. Followed by white wine, unchilled and in a tumbler! Heathen!!!

Heathen! Wine is wine though at the end of the day, regardless of how it's served. That chicken looks like it was gonna be good.
