I'm not great with electrickery,

But I was wondering how to get 3phase power from lithium batteries?

Is it possible?

Transformers?

Serious question.

3phase used to drive big motors, think yr battery cost will outweigh project. A 1000w motor is a chuffing big pull of juice. K

Needs to be 3kw.
Even if I get 30 seconds run time.

Oooo dunno, 3000w at 12 volts = @240amp per hour so yr inverter from DC to AC gotta be that big. Depends on wot batteries voltage you use, must be a way around it but its cost an benefit mate, k

Sounds about right, my box has got 2 110ah batteries, without killing them it's recommend that they aren't drained below 50% of their capacity. A hairdryer or microwave would kill them in a matter of minutes. No chance of getting 3 phase out of them.
