stay away from the impreza estate..... i love mine, the nicest car i've ever driven but more thirsty than my landy, and even worse when i put the trailer behind it.

 

The imprezze doesn't deserve to be consdidered in the same catagory as a owrkign car IMO. Totally different car, driven by different poeple. The legacy is a workign car and the forester is better due to higher ground clearance.

The old one's are single turbo.

A non turbo 2L legacy is ideal, not too fast and good for pulling.....!!

 

Turbos are for guys who can't pull!!!!
