Yeah she'd love that. Wasn't planning on spending that much but might have too. Cheers for the advice 
They actually have a total lifespan of 10 years from manufacture I believe

Personally from having long hair myself I would let her try the protos first.. it seems to be designed for people with short back and sides, the ear muffs are even worse with hair around them and neither will the cradle fit.
