When we leave the EU hopefully all phones can just move towards a system of network sharing.

Like they have in Europe.

The eu are confiscating all phones from the uk after brexit

I Think its started here, local Vodafone mast shares with O2, upside you get pervious unavailable O2 signal, at the cost of a poorer Vodafone signal.

Mast sharing was going on in the 90's when I worked for Mercury/One2One/T-Mobile mate.

How much is a month jonathan and what do you get?

£50 a month including VAT. Unlimited calls, unlimited texts and 100gb data. I listen to a lot of podcasts and such like at work, as well as spending 1-2 hrs a day on the phone, so I'll make good use of the allowances. I think my old EE plan was £24/month, but that was Sim only. Factoring in the cost of the phone, the Tuff phone plan costs £33.33 a month with an extra 60gb of data compared to EE (you can get it with lower data tariffs, I should add) so it's not a big price hike.

100gb is a lot of porn, sorry, data J!

You're telling me! ?

First impressions of the phone and network are very good. The phone is rapid, and I'm getting far fewer signal drop outs than before. For instance, the site we've just finished is about 50% out of signal for EE. With this new phone, that's perhaps 1-2%. The major difference is that at the bottom of the hill where previously none of us had any signal at all. That made working on machines and accessing technical support very difficult. I now have 4g there.

Good stuff.

Nice when something works as well as you hoped it would.

It’s a rare occurrence for me!

Are we talking Brexit now?! ?
