Did the woman get badly injured?? Fair size branch to land on someone that!! :thumbdown:

 

she was very lucky she was knocked to the floor but the kink in the branch hit the deck first then over her so she went to hospital etc but only minor injurys apparently very lucky indeed.

Was there any other defects? Seems a little harsh to fell the tree after a little snow damage if thats the only issue

 

the tree was in such bad shape the guy didnt want to climb it had really bad major limbs with cracks through it all the main stem was all rotten had some brackets on right at the top and usual horsechestnut bleeding canker all down the fresh snow.
