Tyreman at work pulling his hair out just of late trying to source tyres. Hes been in the game for over 35 yrs now and has a LOT of contacts, but struggling like hell for decent stuff such as bridgestone, michelin, hankook etc. A lot of manufacturers are now selling ‘brand new’ tyres that are actually manufactured on old casings. They x-ray/scan the casings for defects and if they are ‘ok’ they re-rubber them and knock em out again. Gone are the days when we used to worry about remoulds eh! ?

With a previous Rep's express, an Isuzu Rodeo, I got 120k out of a set of BFG's. Mind you, that was on road and we spend a deal of time going up and down the main roads and motorway's!
