Stihl won't let the dealers put part number online, or breakdown.

Hopefully this will change in the future. They want customers to go into there local dealers, not always possible in the real world.

Some of the suppliers listed above, do pattern parts and some original. But doubt it for your machine.

 

Ask for Andy or Logan, they know Stihls inside out.

Hi Jonesie how comes stihl do that handover face to face thing I know its for people's best interest but it's a pain in the rear I was looking at the stihl hs82T 24" on your website and my local dealer is an extra £180 and when I say about your website they say we can't compete with your prices its amazing how much I could save if I could just order it from you but couldn't justify travelling about 250-300

would they ever get rid of that policy?

They still see the industry as a walk in / facing customer service business. It's a global policy.

I can see their point, but it's not how we tend to work in the UK, for the Pro market.

 

The more people that ask the question to them, the more data they will get to look at.
