Looks good. Rather than the wood I was wondering if you could put up a few images of the log loader set up. Second pic showed the top hyd ram mount and pivot point very well. I'm looking at making or buying a set up, be good to see one in detail empty and at different positions during its operation.

Might be worth you speaking to Bill Watson at Angus Biofuels in Forfar. He has my old Logmaster LM2 sawmill, which is a Texan machine, built like a brick shithouse and with strong, simple hydraulics, including a log loader. Can't be too far from you and it'll give you plenty of ideas on how to pimp your sawmill.

Did a load of beech on the bandsaw and started on this wind blow dead oak bounty and what a beauty got 7 slabs off should get another 4 in the morning.

Not had any for years, sold my my last boards a couple of weeks ago.

How does it sell or do you keep it for personal use?  I have a change to get a load but asking here seemed like it was not really worth the hassle?
