We stated this little one today. Didn't get many pics today because one of the residents spent all day taking pictures so if I get some copies then this could be my most self-indulgent thread ever!!

cracking big tree rupe, there will be a few loads in that, will you get a hiab in for the stem, access looks good.

Three surveyors have condemned it due to root damage when the houses were built (70's) Some ganno something around the base too.
