Can't believe this has not been snapped up.

Have a friend who is offering £40000 PAYE for a lead climber/foreman and has not been able to fine anyone since September.

There is a real shortage of worker's at present.

Still looking!  All year round work!

Generally look at bringing people in for a few days (paid) so both parties can have a look at each other / get to know the role / candidate.

We are also hoping to get the horses into the woods this year (still young so gradual process), there will be opportunities for a bit of forestry / woodland management and horse logging.

Hi Dbikeguy, the horses are still young and so its a gradual process.  In a year or twos time when they are somewhat more experienced / safe!  Then I'll probably be open to having people come along for a day or two to join in.  We have a couple of Suffolk Punch which are still entire (colt/stallions) when they are fully armoured in harness etc they can be a little daunting if they lose their cool!  Ultimately should be over 1ton per horse.

Oh yes and still looking to fill this post!
