The front suspension is height adjustable if this might help. I've just replaced the front spring on my 35c15 as it was sat really low on the front. Turns out it was so low as the rubber mounts it sits on were knackered. What is your wheel arch clearance like?

I had a 35c and can’t say we ever had a problem . It did have 5+3 springs on the back which must have helped . 

Do the Iveco 65 wheels fit which might help with height as the certainly look bigger ?
