If you have a conversation with the insurance company you are dealing with and tell them exactly what you are doing they will tell you exactly what you need. I did this with Arborisk and have been very happy with the advice and service I received. I wasn't sure what I needed and they told me. And it all worked out.

Hi

I only do surveying/consultancy work.

Spoke with arborisk and the recommend as minimum for all. Just wounder what it actually covers for or against as I don't carry out physical work

If you drop your pencil whilst out on a survey and someone trips over it causing them to have a pencil phobia for life, public liability will cover you.  Don't laugh, people are idiots and should never be underestimated.

Very ture and I guess for the cost it's cheap for peace of mind, just trying to keep costs down
