Climber <£170 Leicestershire - must pass criteria!

I have worked for mike before, and if i was still living in the uk i would happily go to work for him, no issues with getting paid etc. I cant believe someone hasnt filled this position already

Not sure whether to start a new post or not, but anyway still looking....

 

We are looking for a key member within the team. 

You need to be fully experienced with a full skill set including crown reductions and sectional dismantling.  Driving license, Trailer preferred but not essential.  Good climber.  Good with other people.  Capable of setting and managing the pace.

The role will incorporate development of other staff around you.  This may on occasions lead to direction while other climbers do the business.  

In return, you will be part of the decision process for: equipment, work practise, safety protocols and staffing.  The climbing is shared with 2-3 others so we are not looking to beast someone.  However, I would be interested in competing climbers, maybe able to offer some support.

So essentially its a role for someone looking to be more than just a number but to be a key guiding part.  I believe it would suit someone that is either:

A: Fully skilled and experienced and looking to reduce climbing from all day every day and developing other skills.

or

B: Fully skilled and very keen climber that is at the top of their game and wants to push on and have more impact on their surroundings.

I would consider a 2 day slot.
