Stihl MS211 - Keeps flooding

Hi, I'm trying to repair my MS211 saw, It was running fine until last year it would start tried to rev and it would just die. I thought it was the diaphragm so brought a repair kit this year and fitted it. Now I can barely get the saw to start now and it just floods i.e  the exhaust is full of petrol, I've had the carb apart cleaned it checked no debris in the inlet valve. I'm at a bit of a loss what to do now. I did get it started it ran really rough and just died when throttled off......it seems it is just massively over fueling.

Any ideas..... ?

Yes I did, I've done quite a few of these before,  100% assembled in the correct orientation. Just cant understand why its flooding so bad.

I was also thinking this may be a coil issue as you really have to pull to get a spark, so not sure if I have an intermittent issue there, new plug also....
