Carver in need

Hi all,

I'm out of my forum and don't frequent that often nowadays.

I'm based in Bolton and in need of a big lump of oak ( approx 3ft dia, 6ft ish) for a commission that is long overdue, and I might lose it if I don't get this sorted. I've been let down numerous times by a guy who has a log he promised me....and it's doing ma nut in.

So. Can anyone help?

Wether it be something you could help with, or suggestions, contacts,....Etc

Have you tried browns at bury?  Or treestation in Manchester?

Try tree heroes in heywood or maybe tower forestry.

I'll check those leads out....
I'm hoping to be needing more in the future, and may have to buy bulk for decent wood, I've no idea what this my cost.. Haulage etc. But thanks for your help,
