I ordered the stuff a while ago but it's arrival didn't co-incide with my last visit to U.K so it was sent out as a favour to me being a long standing customer.

I have recieved 2  further packages this week from U.K with no issues.

However, the UPS guy is not our usual one (he who made the delivery error)

The new guy was not at all friendly, I detected 'hostility', now I am worried that our regular guy might have been given the boot and all down to the business partners hostility towards me.

Next week I am going to call UPS to find out.

Don’t you have collection points? Garages or similar that act as dépôts for parcels.

 

Open during business hours, track your parcel on t’internet, go and collect when convenient.
