After looking for somewhere to buy for a long time I am now getting desperate for a new yard as new opportunities are on the horizon.

Plenty of commercial units about but none with a yard in a realistic price bracket, what do other do for space when their business is growing?

im still happy with part of farmers yard with shipping container, and 1/2 a large dutch barn for firewood seasoning...costs me a mere £100/month but in exchange I also undertake the management of 25 acres of woodland too...

We have a 60x40 unit with roller shutter door and the same size out side yard fir chip etc, what do you call realistic rent?
