Bloke using a topper on the ground.

 

It was OK though, because he was wearing full PPE.

 

Well, he had an orange baseball cap on.

I was thinking that, almost looks like a failed graft.

i think i can see some fungi on the base of that tree must be reason for failure

Clearly the orange cap was to denote he was a Stihl rep. Doh! I'm so thick sometimes....

Or maybe they are taking another tree down out of shot, and that guy had just visited the designated fueling area for a top-up. He was maybe gonna walk round the obstacle but saw an interesting insect that he wanted to check out before returning to the work area, before passing the saw to the other groundsman, because he wasnt wearing a hard hat so couldnt enter the drop zone.

 

You just never know.
