Stihl MS210t vs Husqvarna 540XP vs ECHO CS-360TES

My echo got run over haha R.I.P. and I was stupid enough to become a sheep and follow the crowd. After a week or so of getting used to the shape/handle/weight/economics of the echo it's so bloody nice in hand! Stihl users that play around with an echo for 5 minutes whinge about it being off balance or the colour doesn't match their nails or whatever but going from echo to 201 it's horrible, square, nowhere near as comfy in hand, even feels heavier (I don't know the stats on that or care tbh). I've had my 201 for a couple of months, ait filter cover has cracked and so has the exhaust casing (which annoyingly is the whole side casing to replace) . I'm far from careless with my tools so am blaming it on the stihl being feeble. Things that broke on the echo while I had it was all so cheap and easy to replace (chain catcher, exhaust casing)...

I was a bit underwhelmed when I got my 360 a couple of weeks back but after 10 tanks through it and spark arrestor removed I'm impressed now. Only just behind a 201 for cutting speed, is lighter and seems more robust

I cannot follow this narrative of the fragile 201, I’ve had two since 2012/3 and apart from broken handles due to them getting smashed in the line of work, they’ve held up marvelously. One has been replaced now by a 201tcm.

I'm a hairy arsed baboon with gear as well.

I'm wondering if I can clean my 201tcm up and sell for enough money to buy an echo again emoji22.png

id say so since you can get an echo for €350!
