Hot food at work

As winter is around the corner and I am sick of sandwiches id love to warm food up on site. No power for a microwave etc...Would a camping stove heat food pretty quick?

Sure does!!  Have to pick the food though.  I am just waiting for an insert to go into my new canopy, then I will have my stove set up permanently.

What size bottle does it take?

I don't wanna be converting the chip box to a full on kitchen...

That on I use one of the big refillable cannisters with.  Not the largest size, the one that stands about a foot high

I guess the gas is the most expensive thing, how long does a canister last & at what cost...some bacon & eggs on that would be superb

well I bought that gas cannister 4 years ago for camping but have only just started using it regularly at work so time will tell.  One things for sure, it will be cheaper buying it this way than the little cans.  I can't remember how much I paid for it either, but the initial outlay is in buying the can, getting refills I believe shouldn't cost too much
