4 man team all climbing. That's certainly a squad with depth. Our experience has been that very often we put someone through their tickets and they leave. ( thinking that CS 38/39 = top lead climber[emoji849])
To keep 4 climbers going consistently on one crew is exceptional I would think.
Fair play. [emoji106]

Been Climbing 2 years have all the tickets and do as much SRT as possible.Worked council contracts but freelance at moment looking into Raptors survey and Bat habitat. I worked 30 years in Casinos so enjoying fresh air.

By the time I hit 30 my elbows, shoulders and back were blown out. If you're 50, doing 60 foot+ take downs and wielding a 40, 660 or 880 up a tree for half a day at least once or twice a week without issues then I tip my hat at you sir.

That sounds like a fair and good team setup, how many years are you doing this now?

Started doing tree work when i was in my 30's-ground work, cross cutting, felling etc,im 45 now.Started climbing regularly just about 40... i think.

Its a good 4 man team,we all love the job which makes the work easier.
