You were done !! I paid ALOT less than that for Anna's 10 week tree surgery course at Merrist Wood !

 

done? merrist wood is 150 miles away including the dreaded m25.

 

also from the merrist wood website....

 

Tuition Fees: £ 1895.00

Exam Fees: £ 312.10

Other Fees: £ 500

Mark,

 

Try Moulton College up near Northampton.

 

There's Capel Manor as well, but it depends on how far you wanna travel. M.k to Enfield's probably gonna take you about an hour.

 

They also used to run the course at Shuttleworth, but dropped it due to lack of interest.

If you don't mind me asking,how much was the course?

 

costs a lot of dosh.

3 months no pay = £4500

all your ppe = £500

course fees = £2000

ass fees = £400 -£500

and your travel ?

 

and a bloody good level of consentration

i done it 4-5 years ago and never looked back .

you will find that virtualy everyone on the course will be a teenager and you the old git.

had to do a part time job in the evening when i should have been studying,

just to pay the bills (married with kids)

so think about it

it isnt cheap

and it isnt easy.

 

but as i say once its done your on your way...out the door of the office enviroment oh yeah.
