Late/bad/none payers of bills.

On an absolute whim I bought the domain name last week (thanks to SWB’s suggestion). His idea of a web site publicising bad payers was IMO genius. I realise that publishing financial details of late/bad/none payers would have allsorts of legal implications and to be honest not allowed.

However if I was a serial late/bad payer and threatened with publication I’d pay up pronto, whether details were publicised or not! What do you recon? Good idea or a waste of money?

Cheers, John.

good idea, but it needs a few grand thrown at a lawyer i reckon and another few at a web designer, if it is just a name and shame then folk wont care, what you want is a solution to the problem, when folk are stressed and scared they dont see the answer as clearly as someone that has no attachment to the problem, then there is the charge to the customer, if you are going to charge them then you have to have the answer for them..but that is all out there, its knowing what to do
