How much difference is there between the 2? I'm currently using a teufelberger multi Saver and think it's great but can't help keep thinking about what a pulley Saver would be like in comparison?!

its the art device itself in place of a friction hitch that I like.  The friction hitch binds up pretty tight under load, and yes it tales only a few seconds ti release but its still annoying.  I like the stiffer rope tether the rope guide comes with also

Pretty sure the ropeguide retrieves better too due to the cam releasing on retrieval.

Can't comment on the difference between pulley and a ring as its been so long since I used a ring based saver.

I got a Pulley saver recently. Makes a big difference in lack of friction. I can fly up a tree without straining myself now.

I agree about the prssic hitch for the pulley. It's an issue, but i prefer using ropes for friction rather than mechanisms, as i just can't see whats going on inside, so can't tell if it's gonna break. Thats why i picked it over the art rope guide. Paranoid probably.
