Inconsiderate Parking

Get field gates blocked all the time. Always for people "going for a walk". When I say there is plenty of parking at a farm cafe 150m away or a pub 750m away they look at you like you are mad.... "we just want to go for a walk" apparently not that far though. Let alone where they are parked being private property.

re:moving cars. Told by a ex PC mate of mine not to. It's a potential minefield ..incl criminal damage etc. Not interested in the aggro. Plenty of that around already.

Well said.. :thumbup1:

The car didn't block the entrance entirely as he got through. If it's an on going issue then put a sign up. Of course we walk past cars every day, cctv etc, but we don't photograph them and splash on all over a forum do we.

If it's a one off situation that a car parked close to his gate big deal, he got in found the owners, sorted.

Let's splash it all over a forum shall we.:thumbdown:

I don't see why lazy, inconsiderate people shouldn't be made an example of. Say there was an accident and an ambulance couldn't get to the scene, im sure it happens all the time with emergency services.

There are loads of reasons not to block access but only one to do it, laziness.

Lazy and inconsiderate. So they are now labelled for evermore and publically humiliated because they NEARLY blocked an entrance.

Get a grip Mr Perfect.

I think you mean publicly humiliated :laugh1: You are being a bit melodramatic with your use of the language there Richard. I don't see how they can be publicly humiliated unless someone goes to the trouble of tracing their car number plate (not an easy task) and publishing their full details and then it wouldn't be that humiliating. If you could post pictures of them in a compromising situation that would do the job though

So it's OK for me to be inconvenienced but I shouldn't post a photo of their number plate? No tractor or artic could have got in not to mention ambulances or fire engine. It's my place of work not a playground. Put up a no parking sign? That's a good idea they can ignore that like they do all the forestry operations warning signs we've put up for their safety. I photograph them as advised by the police so we can do something about repeat offenders.
