There will be crap stuck behind the shaft for the roller, use the bar provided to open the rollers while someone removes the obstruction with a thin bar of somesort.

Thanks Si

Done all that repeatedly on their advice and slowed feed rollers again on their advice. They currently have my machine and lent me a hire machine which is also doing it.

Get it all the time with green material. We've got quite quick at opening the chute, taking the side plate off, lifting the rollers put a log between them and then cleaning everything out!!d671a05f41ec9eeecb275c5eada016c2.jpgae7c57d7b05dc82523a78437e75721c7.jpg

Got a video too but can't seem to put it up

To be fair, given the typical lifestyle of a woodchipper and the treatment they get, we should really be impressed that the poor things work at all.

They all have their quirks, its just a case of which are least inconvenient, and we all prefer to love the one we own.

There might be stuff collected down the side of the body too that collects around the rubber stops. Watch out for the grease pine when cleaning there. Ongoing issue. We just clear it out every couple of days esp if the blades are dulling and we've done leylandii or whippy stuff. Don't believe the story about roller speed too high. Ridiculous yarn
