That is the way most do it.

To me im just gna wizz them. I even pay for the genuine ones. Busy doing all sorts dont need to add sharpening teeth aswell :thumbup1:

But I am a tight yorkshire man and do not understand the concept of "throw it away". Even if you sharpen them twice its a lot of grinding

Dont you worry im a tight yorkshire man too but i know where my time is better spent.

Qrm sell for 4.00 a tooth so will try these next...

I find they wear quite bad depending on the ground. They wear up the tungsten so would be a lot of grinding to get a good edge?

I used to do with diamond wheel . To slow !! This system above a lot faster. You sharpen 40 teeth for 30 quid

the diamond wheel needs to be about 4 1/2 inches in dia and thin in section to get the proper curvature on the tooth as well these big wheels may be quick but they don't do it right also get the most powerful bench grinder you can get as you can load up the weights to get them to work faster mines is quite slow but what I do is just leave them running in the background when I am filling the chipper up or sharpening saws etc
