DVSA is urging drivers to check that their vehicles, parts or accessories aren’t subject to a safety recall.

 

New figures show that 2.6 million vehicles were affected by a recall between April 2015 to March 2016.

Good thread Kevin funnily enough I had a letter from Jeep and the DVSA this week about my Jeep Grand Cherokee overland it has been recalled for number 14 on this list which is a safety module and new passenger airbag

 

It's one of DVSA better ideas to make people aware and get these recalls sorted

 

It's also worrying as there has been 3 pages of recalls on Jeep alone and most of them are quite serious

DVSA have a "newsletter" type email thing you can sign up to.

 

Mostly quite dull but sometimes useful.

 

Oddly, I received a letter from Toyota today about a recall for front bumper energy absorber defect on 16 Hilux. Not on DVSA web page yet but I'm going to run for the other vehicles through it now for a check too.
