Netted Logs

Hi,

 

I mainly sell kindling however i seem to be getting asked for logs more and more.

 

I have started to sell seasoned hardwood logs by the net and builders bags.

 

I am selling the nets shown in the image below for £3.00 each and some people are complaining that they are too expensive. I am selling them at this rate when people pop into the uit and pick one net up at a time

 

Am or too expensive or are people trying it on??:confused1::confused1:

for trade its on the pricey side but for domestic i think you are 2 quid too cheap. but you can only sell for what the market allows. if they are flying off the shelves then put your price up if not lower them. just offer discount on volume

 

I dont advertise to sell logs just kindling.

 

I am charging £3 a go for the logs for people who pop in off the street for the odd bag here and there.

 

I was trying to help them out so they didnt have to travel else where to collect logs but i just seem to be getting grief for my prices.

put the price up to a fiver a bag on a big sign, then the person who comes through the gate isnt an idiot. and has the money, hell tell them its 2 for a tenner

 

Thanks for the re assurance i thought the price was more than fair.
