I bet the South Wales Argus were glad of the story. This is the full article they wrote about a deer rescue.

"SOUTH Wales Fire and Rescue Service were called to the rescue of a deer from the river Wye by Tintern, Monmouthshire, yesterday at around 2.30pm.

A South Wales Fire and Rescue Service spokeswoman said: "The deer managed to get out of the river by himself safely."

Investigative journalism at its best :lol:
