9C here. Has worked ok in colder temps.

 

Thinking end of can, extra thickeners not been agitated???

Seems strange that all the saws arent oiling,but the one constant in all this is the oil,as said before perhaps the low temp has impacted upon its viscosity.

Id say try another brand of bar oil,its seems the sensable answer.
