Are there government regulations for arborists.

No. In Russia there is no profession - arborists. There are experts in felling. For them, there is a law, regulations and training. All the necessary information I receive via youtube.

In Russia, arborists are a new class, a new profession. It is not regulated by the government. Russian arborist examine the practice of the West. We also communicate with each other, we teach each other.

 

Sounds good, what makes this job so good is there are so few regulations.

Russian arborist is usually one of those people that perform their task at the highest possible level, everyone wants to be the best in their profession. We are friendly to each other, but at the same time constantly trolls each other, trying to put himself above the rest, sports interest. On February 27, the Crimea will be held a seminar devoted to safety when working on trees and tree care rules. C participation of experts from Nuernberger Schule, Germany, a specialist botanic garden in Crimea.

In Moscow, the third year runs ETW certification, but it does not use our popularity. Private customer and the organization does not require a certificate.
