Get the groundsman to pay for it, maybe then in future he will respect your tools better!

 

If he is PAYE then you cannot dock his pay to cover breakages.

If you do it could mean he could take the matter to an industrial tribunal and would probably win.

Hmm you could run a bonus scheme in future for he team, based on how little damage is caused to equipment/property etc, and this can be legally deducted from. Say you set a sum of £500 per year bonus, then deduct from that the years damage, perhaps they would be more carefull, a little incentive to them anyway.

Funny i just broke my top handel to the little ring that sits over the rear vib mount broke tiny bit but needed whole new handel.

 

Pain in the asse job taking out the carb and all the rods and bits. £30 for brand new full handel.

 

should be able to swop bits from 200t to 020t there are small variations.
