Hi I've found this log burning boiler set up on a job, can anyone tell me anything about it ?

The boiler sits next to a big cylinder maybe 7x3. Not sure on age would like to know if it could run heating and hot water

Windhager is one of the best log boiler makes about. Austrian I think. The tank will be a buffer but if measurements are in feet it's rather small. If metres then massive thermal store for heating a mansion!

As already mentioned Windhager are a well respected manufacturer.

Don't like the look of the gunky, black stuff dribbling down in one of the photos... maybe they've been burning wet wood in it?

Certainly most of the extremities inside are coated in tar and resin deposits
