Kiln Dried 35 - 40% MC

Because I only buy in and sell on I need to a supplier who can offer a good product at a good price. I've only been doing this three years and been sold some crap stuff.

Storage is not an issue as I can just buy shipping containers, but i can't afford to have too much money tied up either.

the title of this thread kiln dried 35-40% isn't a give away that your not necessarily going to get dry logs because it says kiln dried.

Storing wood in shipping containers is not good ....too much condensation, unless you get the gas axe out and cut many holes in it

that sounds like what you got is a standard delivery and hes drying more now for longer to send you because you checked the centre but then maybe I'm cynical.

Can't really be any fairer than that

 

No one is perfect, could just have been an error, personally I would give them the benefit of the doubt and see how future loads turn out

No way, it should come out of kiln at 12% +-2%

 

Then no container can hurt it. 30-40% is fresh.

New wood's arrived and it burns fantastic! Absolutely pumps out the heat! Even took the time to help me stack it on delivery! Didn't want to be a keyboard warrior and bash them at the first hiccup, but more than happy to name and praise! See just shows that mistakes can happen but people are genuine and try there best to rectify it. We would the same but would urge customers to be upfront so we can solve the issue instead of saying nothing and giving u a bad name.
