Took some pictures of the forwarder moving big lime butts today. The old girl lifted everything I swung the crane at, although I had to take the bolsters off for a couple of the biggest lumps and driving out of the woods with the big load on was a bit sketchy in places!:thumbup:

Botex will lift 2940kg in close.

Sorry that's wrong. 2800kg is the books rating without grapple and rotator, that two and a half ton. It is however a totally impractical measurement. You can't load a big log with a 2m radius! You can struggle on with a 70 cube oak butt if it has the length and the associated leverage.

HI MATE yes like you said just lift one end of a large butt of 4ton plus butt it will go on ok jon :thumbup:
