Off course....cheers...it works perfectly fine for about 20 minutes and then start rolling slow til the point THAT spot.... I have checked the box where the the fusses are and there is a red light indication saying......rollers infeed fault.

I also have overrided the anti stress mechanism..

IAM really lost for ideas....hope you can help...thanks so much.

You could have several potential issues going on here and there is a structure to the tests you can do to find and eliminate them. Your model should have a H.Box no stress unit and this has a fault code reading sequence . I can put you in touch with a qualified Timberwolf technician who you can talk to for advice. Call me Gareth of Green Plant 01483 235111

Glazed or even slightly slack drive belts can cause no-stress not to function as normal.

we had a 190 for 7 years, only feeding problems were belts and wiring chewed by dog

Hello S O C

thanks for the info... is the belt a thing that I could do it myself....is it easy or I have to take it to the garage?

Thanks again.

Hi.

the belts should have no more than half an inch free movement if at proper tension. If they are shiny on the sides they will slip no matter how

tight they are. They are worth changing after a year or so as not expensive .

Fairly Simple to fit and tension.

your problem may well be different, the TW technician will be able to talk you through it over the phone when you have machine in front of you

Unless your belts are actually slipping (you should be able to hear and smell them If so) then this won't be your issue to solving the infeed issue. The pulleys will be all polished up too.

Where in the country are you. Can you take some photos of the box?

We had a TW150 in before which would feed ok for a bit then feed rollers would turn slow, reverse, forward and it would be ok for another few minutes. Turned out to be a loose pressure relief valve in the hydraulic valve block.
