Just had a look and pretty enjoyable.

 

The ex violinist/keyboard player from New Model Army - Ed Alleyne Johnson built a 5 string electric violin and recorded 'The purple electric violin concerto'. All his own compositions with no other instruments (e.g. drums like the 2cellos). Truly beautiful music that he makes, some quite trippy/trancy some quite angry.

Both my girls take music lessons. I used these guys to show them that playing an instrument can be cool and fun.

This guy is their absolute favourite.

i find it frustrating when you see someone busking that has genuine musical talent especially when we are subjected to absolute talentless idiots on the tv/radio that have the look but no ability.

I find it very rare these days to find musicians who arouse real emotion in me, but players like this can.
