Hi All, I have been working as a self-employed groundie for various tree surgeons for several years, and this is the first time I have encountered this problem. A guy I have done a couple of days' work for is refusing to pay me for spurious reasons. Does anyone have any tips on what my practical options are. I live in Scotland, so possibly the details of how small claims courts etc work could be different from in England. Any advise much appreciated. Cheers, Dru

I have recently asked my boss if he would be willing to put me through my CS38 & CS39, he sounds keen but has asked me to come up with a proposal for him. Does any who runs there own company have any ideas on what they would like to see or just any one with any idea. i would be very grateful of your input.
