    Nothing on or around the throttle rod needs to be forced into place. Did you remove the top cover on the handle to remove/replace the throttle rod.

    Is the chain on the right way round? I've lent a saw to my brother and it's come back on the wrong way after he took it apart to clean it before returning it.

    Pull exhaust off and check piston. Im guessing it's fubar.

    I'm looking for a strimmer blade to cut through a patch of self seeded black thorn upto about half an inch diameter. I've seen the tct blades from China but dont like the idea of using their stuff at 5000 rpm. Stihl do a couple but don't include the size bore in their description only what machines they fit. My machine takes 1 inch bores.
