4.8 kw is very small to be honest need to go bigger 8kw + really. Styles vary so much get something that fits the house look. -

Not everyone wants the hassle of dealing with customers and a contract job is a nice change some times. I do 3 months a year cutting traditional roofs for a mate contracting no stress.

That flue is getting downdraft off the main roof i had a similar problem and switched to a different cowl. Could also be a vent issue.
