  14. Yea everything is working as it should be. Some to a boy and he reckoned working in cold weather, especially cutting hard wood engine oil is better as its thin and doesn't block up Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  15. Well to be fair I was cutting oak so maybe should have used engine oil. The chain was sharp but the bar started smoking very quickly. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  16. Been using the Oregon anti fling oil but in this cold wether I'm finding it too thick and not getting through quick enough. What do you guys use? A few folk have said to use engine oil as it is cheap and will get pumped through quicker. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk

  23. For the guys that know of me you'll be all too aware of the saga I'm having with my 550XP. So I've been told it's coming back tomorrow after 2 moths out of action!! No fault found they said!! So the excuse they came up with for it cutting out whilst idling and not starting again once hot . . . The chain is dull. Yes that's correct. The chain is dull. I'm still speechless.
