  1. Spoke to husky technical today. Said there's a carb upgrade kit. Will try this as it's still under warranty and they said I should be running high octane fuel. Like shell v power. Is this the case? Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk

    Trousers

  6. Hi guys. No still nothing yet. I keep it in the house so I can't think it could be water content due to condensation. I actually have the husky XP oil which I use. Is this the correct stuff? Yea I will try a new plug tomorrow. Might just be a duffer! Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk

  10. My 550xp has become a bit of a pain to start. Plenty of fuel, primed, choke on but it struggles to start. Once it's been running for a bit though will start fine again once it's been stopped. Can anyone suggest anything? Cheers Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk

  15. Is a 550XP. Thanks for the info and the video guys! Really helpful. I managed to disengage it. Reset it with a set of plumbers pliers. Gripped it and reset it. Unfortunately slightly scrapped the cover but hey ho. Only cosmetic! Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk

  17. Made a bloody rookie mistake today. The brake engaged as I pulled the clutch cover off. Got it off and changed the chain etc then realized it wouldn't go on. Duh!!!!!! What's the best way to disengage the brake with the cover off without doing damage? Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk

  22. I recently bought a sugi pro light bar for my 550XP. I'm currently still using the standard 325 semi chisel chain. I'm cutting a variety of wood and using it for different things. Hard/soft wood, fire wood, small felling, limbing etc. can anyone recommend a chain that would suit that bar and saw set up the best? Cheers Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
