  2. If memory serves me right the Dolmar PS-7900 got a small ' downgrade' a few years ago. A Cat muffler to comply with emissions regulations. Thats the -0.5 horsepower you are seeing. Same for the EA7900. Thats the Cat Muffler current model.

    Dolmar still have a normal carb fortunatly the ignition is electronic and had been for some years yes. The 61cc, newest 35.4 cc and an upcoming top handle 37cc type are strato engines.

  12. There's also a new dolmar/ Makita top handle saw coming. Makita model name EA3700TH. Same idea as the dolmar ps352. Outboard clutch. Strato engine. Cyclonic air filter. Captive nut. 3.7kg and 2 HP power. 14000 top rpms
