This is a saw I am working on purchasing as we speak. The bar is vintage, not quite as near as I can tell date appropriate but not a bad addition, she looks like a nice saw over all.

Great find, mine is a powerhouse. Had a warped bar when i got it with some major scoring, getting work done on mine to bring it back to life. You'll be happy with the power for a mill, I used my 090G on my Alaskan mill a few months ago and man did it pull nicely.

Chains brake is open as well as the clutch cover to see all moving parts.

Yes that is what I have found, the knock off replacement parts and saw (and yes i have seen the knock off 090, sad looking machine) The color goes around the death of Andrea Stihl, do not know exactly if that is the reason.

Yes there is a bow bar that is smaller it is called the brush bow, just ordered two of them from a member here, will post the pics when i get them and mount them.
