  1. That was pretty f***ing brazen at 7pm!
  2. It's the irony that got me Either that or, from a teachers perspective, it could be seen that it is the parents getting in the way
  3. Plymouth trees: Call for independent inquiry into felling WWW.BBC.CO.UK The felling of 110 city centre trees is a "shameful and shocking act", Plymouth Green Party says. How to make friends and influence people!
  4. Embarrassed to admit that as a former geographer my first thought was 'Central Business District' 🤪
  5. Not quite but almost! Whilst not quite of that vintage, I was a student in Manchester between '83 and '86 and have very fond memories of the Hacienda! (before tha rave scene effectively killed it off)
  6. That'll be 'song' in the loosest sense!
  7. If you stack it upside down you shoud have superb loam a few months later...... Failing which our local tip takes garden waste, just not from commercially branded vehicles.
  8. Having had four LR chassis rot out on me I can confirm it can definitely be a Land Rover, even if it isn't THE Land Rover!
  9. That has to be either a Ford or a LandRover
  10. Where is that based - I can see LOTS of uses for such a trailern my line of work, albeit the clearance at the back seems rather low.
  11. How on earth did you find that?!
  12. I've been waiting for you to pop up!!
  13. It sounds as if the hydraulics for the crane are operating off a standalone petrol engine. Is that built in to the trailer? If so, did you consider an electric hydraulic motor running off the trailer's battery (assuming it has powered tip)? Might that help to lower the nose weight (and cost)?
  14. Basically yes, although the interest element may alter during the term of the loan. The remainder of the payment reflects the capital, for which the total amount is depreciated on an annual basis. For example, if you are buying a £4,000 van at £300 a month, of which (to simplify) £30 a month is interest then: The £30 a month interest can be offset against earnings The £4,000 is depreciated as a capital asset and the depreciation is then offset against earnings
  15. Not the best firewood but very good for carving (so I am told). At the end of the day if you dry it properly it will still burn and give out heat - even willow will do that.
  16. Just managed to watch it on my phone. Looks a nice set-up. What weight is in the hiab and associated 'bits'?
  17. That'll be why I can't see it on my PC - pity as I am looking to buy a tipping Ifor to replace my 25yr old LM126
  18. great audio but I can's see a thing! Edit - have you posted it straight off an iphone or ipad and not as an MP4?
