  1. Go for ARB kit they produce the best stuff bit more expensive but well worth it plus they do a side rail and bull bar that integrate to protect the entire front end of the truck
  2. As Minotaur said it's then classed as a recovery bar do no issues, went through mot a week after fitting no issues
  3. Find a local tuning specialist as they will design a custom map for the vehicle
  4. Depends how you have it remapped can have it mapped for performance, economy or in the middle, if you push it too far on a performance map it will reduce the lifespan of the engine but if it's done well it won't effect the lifespan, if you get it done get a bespoke remap don't buy a chip as they aren't tailored for the individual vehicle
  5. Simon bevo doing the remap he does work for BMW and Mercedes one of the best
  6. ARB side rails that integrate with the bull bar, tipper, uprated old man emu suspension, ARB roof rack, remap the engine to 230bhp and 800-900nm of torque
  7. Cheers
  8. Got to do it proper, This is only the start haha, shopping list totals 8-9k of bolt ons
  9. my work in progress
  10. Recently added the bull bar, winch, lights and skid plates few photos of the work etc
  11. It's pushing 30inch at the base and about 15m of good timber
  12. Not quite that size am going to the site now, will photograph and measure if anyone's interested ?
  13. i will be taking down a monkey puzzle soon is the timber worth anything ?
  14. Clean out the inside treat it then fiberglass the cavity which will support it and last forever
  15. I've only used it on up to 20 inch stump and it doesn't struggle but find it's great when your on uneven ground or trying to grind on banks etc as you have the full reach of the digger over walls also it's great for tidying up afterwards as you can put the digger bucket on a must have if you already have a 1.5 ton machine will hopefully be doing a large conifer stump in my garden before I off hire it so will put up more pics
  16. Few days with the stump beaver great bit of kit much better for awkward jobs and small stumps
  17. Garmin have the best mapping software and user interface by far an all around better product
  18. Day last week making a start for next years
  19. The council can only either give consent or not they can't give consent with terms etc and they can't put a tpo on the tree to prevent the work as it's already covered by the conservation area so unless they have denied the work with a reason then you should be fine to do the work
  20. Found another company making the same piece of kit http://www.powertipper.co.uk
  21. I have been looking at putting a arb bullbar winch bumper on my truck but the transport authority haven't replied to me to give me a yes or no answer any body had. To deal with similar lately or what have you done for mods ?
