  1. Selling my CS100 if anyone is interested or knows anyone that might be? Thanks
  2. Can anyone help?? Bought a cs100 few weeks back, tried chipping some bay this weekend and it near enough blocked instantly. Thought I'd take a look at the blades, spun the drum and the bearings have shat themselves also there is way too much play with the drum. Can anyone recommend what needs replacing and if it is an easy fix? Cheers

  7. You forgot to add... "covered in ivy"
  8. Cool nice and simple as well 👍🏼
  9. Yeah this was my first thought. Just for longer descents you don't want to have to tie a running bowline with a massive tail. Does the alpine butterfly var bite onto a stem? Trying to get my head around DDRT options.
  10. Been searching for retrievable spar anchors everywhere. Primarily for when snatching down timber. I climb both SRT and DDRT so as many options as possible welcomed. Would appreciate pics/links! Cheers
  11. Which company are you?? Not looking myself but I am southampton based and know lots of guys I can probably pass your number to 👍🏼
  12. Hey man cheers for getting in touch, good to hear from you again also good, what about your end?? Yeah everyone seems to be saying the same in regards to the work load. I'm looking at doing the Merristwood course which is 1 day a week and would give me access to their library etc. Cheers mate, best of luck with it.
  13. Any ideas what this is?? Looks like a beech from afar but certainly isn't judging by the buds. Fairly certain the customer said it flowers pink??? (Was a few weeks ago so don't hold me to that) P.S. those pruning cuts aren't mine aha
  14. Great advice thanks a lot! Exactly why I've recently joined this to hear from guys such as yourself. Much appreciated Gary
  15. I'm a full time climber but looking to drop down to 4 days a week freeing up 3 days a week as I have no real major commitments. Sweet thanks will do!
  16. I find if I put the bottom strap of my pantin (foot ascender) slightly on my heel then spikes on as normal it works great. Don't even notice it!
  17. Hi guys, currently considering taking on the Lvl 4 within the near future. I was wondering if anyone could recommend any (affordable) books or recommend any reliable websites and online reports? Just looking to brush up my knowledge from Lvl 3 - on a side note has anyone made the jump from Lvl 3 to 4? How different would you say it is?? Cheers.
  18. Oz bro get yourself out there.. easy to get a visa and good money if you've got the skills! You can do 3 months regional work to attain a second year visa as well. Arb work will count as regional so long as you're out in the sticks a bit. I went when I was 19 and wish I never came back aha. Good luck man!
