1. Lovin it Ben.

Very artistic, and even a tad philosophical.

In that essentially being a removal expert consists of being able to make a tree come down like you want, and knowing it'll work.

Great skills, editin n tunes on broad display there mate!

    Jomoco

    thanking you Jomoco,

appreciate the props and educated take on whats going on behind the scenes

    Ben

Good stuff as usual, nice touch at the end driving off home.

    thankyou Mick,

yah - we created our own red carpet by the time I left.

    :001_cool:

and I do like to show off the mess sometimes...

    Ben

  3. Always enjoy your vids ben,its really satisfying smashing up a golf course...or is that just me..??

    thank you very much stihlmadasever,

yes - yes it is very satisfying - almost perversely satisfying to bomb out onto the hallow turf

  4. haha! Your Vids always give me a chuckle bro! I guess you don't have to replace your divots?....nice Golf ball throwing action and love for your lowering gear...keep doin what ya doing...

    thankyou silky fox,

no - no divot replacement that was all on the greenskeepers - as long as it stayed on the rough we were golden

ended up with a small pail of free golf balls and my new safe bloc is doing well - the groundies like it so far.

    Ben

  5. Good as always Ben.

Got any feedback on the harness as just ordered 1 the same.

Sent from my D5803 using Arbtalk mobile app

    G'day Gray git,

the MB belt _ I am using the shoulder harness set up ,

went with the elastic weaver brand one - should have bought a non elastic setup so I could use a chest attachment but it was originally I had become so used to my previous harness sagging of my hips under the big saw load that drove me to the shoulder strap setup.

having now climbed with and with out the shoulder straps I prefer the straps on .

belt hasn't sagged past my slender waist and non exist hips once since purchase so I am pretty happy so far.

(and so are the grounds men since they stopped having to look up at my arse hanging out of my cutter pants )

    :blushing:

    Ben

  6. Great Sunday morning viewing, love the guys running for the log making a break for it!

    Thankyou Mick ,

allways a win if I brighten up some poor tree climbers day lol,

yes the boys almost telepathic on that round jumping the nest ,

def working as a team :thumbup1:

    Ben

    G'day Jomoco,

yah mate getting all the easy jobs as usual.

this is one hard working hobbit thats for sure

gonna wish I had a magical disappearing ring if they keep this up

    Ben

  8. Great crane pick perspectives Ben!

That chain's kinda heavy n unwieldy ain't it!

    Great stuff mate.

    Jomoco

    Thanking you Jomoco,

and yes the chains are bulky ,a pain in the arse to install and really hurt when you are flicking around the stem and mis-time the grab :cursing:

  9. Cool video Ben. Liked that you kept the shed intact. No vocal accompaniment on this one though! 👍👍

thank you very much TIMON ,

no the vocals were more muted due to some excessive swearing on my part

    :blushing:

  10. Interesting perspective from the crane if not somewhat surreal.

    Great stuff.

that sequence did have a deliberate dream like effect placed on it but the subtle nature of the crane controlling the piece and the spin it imparted was unusual compared to the normal cam footage.

    :thumbup1:

  11. Eucs have to be my favourite tree to kill.

You're blessed to have so many!

Did a 60' one once, if you can imagine that kind of size.

Thankyou Joe - top of my list too as it happens and a good thing given my local

    aspect.

yes I can imagine those sizes , a comment made on a recent Yes_its_Ace vid about snubbing off one of the fingers of God still has me chuckling.

Biggest Euc I have done isn't on Film unfortunately this was before my cam days.

but it was truly massive at the base like three 16 feet whoopies joined together around massive,

heres a pic from a prune job I did several months back

only two 16 ft whoopies and a small extension to get around her.

    :001_tongue:
